What is your refund policy?

What is the image editor / what are image credits for?

The image editor is a tool that allows you to edit your images with the power of AI. You can use it to virtually stage rooms, remove furniture, convert photos to twilight, erase objects, or inpaint areas of the image (Inpaint is when you highlight an area and type a prompt to edit the target area).

How credits work:

• 1 credit to generate - Each time you create a new AI edit, it costs 1 credit
• 2 credits to accept - When you're happy with a result and want to save it, it costs 2 additional credits
• Free to reject - If you don't like a result, simply reject it and try again. You only pay the initial generation cost

This means you can generate multiple variations (1 credit each) and only pay the full 3 credits when you find the perfect result.

Does my account come with a website?

Yes! Even if you're on a free account, you can create a website! You just won't be able to add a custom domain name until you upgrade to a paid account that supports a custom domain.

What does IDX cost?

IDX is included with our Expert plan at no additional cost. Once connected, your MLS listings automatically appear on your agent website and we can generate social media posts for you when your listing status, price, or other details change — including open house announcements.

In roughly 95% of cases, IDX is fully covered by the cost of the Expert plan. In rare cases, certain MLS boards may charge an additional fee, but we'll let you know if that applies to your area.
