Do listings and videos created via the API show up in my account?

Yes — there's one account, not a separate API world. Listings created via the API appear in your listing history, their videos and descriptions are attached just like app-generated ones, and you can open them in the app to edit or regenerate. Settings set through the API (scene templates, captions, text overrides) show up in the video editor exactly as configured.
