What is AI Coach?

AI Coach is an AI tool provided by ListingAI that you can chat to about your listing or general real estate questions.

The AI Coach is available in two formats:

1. Specific listing chat: You can start a conversation with the AI Coach by clicking the "Coach" menu when you're in a listing. In this setting the AI Coach will be primed to help you with the specific listing you're working on, and have the full context of the listing based on the information you provided to ListingAI.

2. General chat: You can start a conversation with the AI Coach from the "Coach" menu in the top navigation bar. In this setting the AI Coach will be primed to help you with general real estate questions, and will not have the context of a specific listing but it will be primed and ready with general real estate knowledge.
