What does JustListings.com get me as an agent?

JustListings.com is a real estate search platform we're building that indexes listings across the US, Canada, UK, Australia and other markets to follow. It operates beyond the borders of any single MLS — giving consumers a single place to search and giving agents a single place to be found.

How it works for ListingAI customers

JustListings is a search engine, not a portal. We index listings from public sources — typically MLS-affiliated portals, brokerage websites, and other public-facing places where the listing already lives — and surface them to buyers searching nationally and internationally.

By default, we link back to the source. Most often that's your MLS's public portal, where the listing was posted and where you already have an established presence. A buyer clicks through, lands on infrastructure you're already part of, and the lead enters the pipeline you already control. Our role is to drive discovery to where you can capture the lead and own the relationship — not insert ourselves between you and the buyer.

Claiming your listing enriches the JustListings page with:

• Your photo, contact details, and brand on the listing page
• Direct routing to you — buyers can reach you without the intermediate click-through to the source
• Expanded media and content you control

Either way: your listing, your lead. No Premier Agent placements, no lead auctions, no third party selling leads against your listing — claimed or not.

What it costs

Claiming your listings on JustListings is included with your ListingAI membership on any plan. All past, present, and future ListingAI customers are eligible — we're building this to be in your corner, not to charge you for routing buyers to your own listings.

Where it works

We're launching across the US, Canada, UK, and Australia, with additional markets to follow. Your full listing history across these markets becomes claimable when JustListings goes live.

When does it launch?

JustListings is in active development. We're focused on launching it in a way that does what we promise — a clean search experience, accurate listing data, and lead routing that respects the agent who represents the home.
