How do I cancel my ListingAI account?
The simplest and recommended way to cancel is to do it yourself from your account:
- Sign in to your ListingAI account.
- Go to Billing.
- Select the cancellation button and complete every step shown.
When the process is complete, we'll send a cancellation confirmation email to your account email address, normally within 30 seconds. That email confirms your cancellation was processed. Once an account has been successfully cancelled, it will not be charged again.
If you do not receive the confirmation email
Email hello@listingai.co with the email address on your account and the date and approximate time you attempted to cancel. We'll investigate and help you confirm the account's status.
If you are being charged but cannot find the subscription
This most often happens because a billing vacation ended and the subscription resumed, or because the paid account uses a different email address from the one used to sign in. In the second case, the account you can see may show the free plan while the paid subscription is safely attached to another email address.
